I have a confession to make to you all.
I tricked you. In a good way if that makes any sense. I figured me telling you all about a new opportunity I have been invited to participate in wouldn’t entice you as much as my deliciously yummy chocolate caramel pecan cookies would.
So essentially what I am admitting to you, is that I tricked you with cookies to make you read more about this new “thing” I will be a part of! I tend do that to my kids as well, to get them to do things I know they don’t want to do and cookies seem to be the best motivator of sorts. An I figured these bad boys would have a similar effect…..
Chocolate caramel pecan cookies!
This is one of my favorite chocolate cookie recipes that has been a springboard of sorts for many new cookie creations! A moist and flavorful cookie is fine all by itself, but I personally always love a little “extra” with my cookies. So for these a I added in some pecans….
And of course some caramel!
And then I wrapped them all sorts of fancy! But not really because it’s pretty simple 🙂 But fancy and simple work too!
